Privacy declaration

 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect from May 25, 2018. This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal and company data of the client. The Client gives AX Advocaten LLP permission to process this data by entering into an assignment agreement. Processing takes place exclusively in the context of the execution of this agreement. Personal data will not be provided to third parties, except on the basis of a legal obligation. Personal data is not kept longer than required by law. AX Advocaten LLP has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access. AX Advocaten LLP has a processing agreement with a third party that processes personal data on behalf of AX Advocaten LLP. The Client has various rights under the GDPR, including the right to inspect, correct and delete personal data. See the GDPR (Articles 15 to 20) for more information.
